These guys are fancy pants royal spies and epic gossipers... well it is their job, I suppose. They help the queen's counsel by sourcing intel required to make the big decisions. They are sometimes skew the intel somewhat, if they think it will favour the poor or downtrodden though, so they're good eggs really... kinda like Robin Hood in that way.
